Adam Rooney
Broker, Benchmark Realty Advisors
After graduating from SUNY Geneseo in 2011, Adam moved to Rochester and started his career in commercial brokerage. Over the course of his career Adam has transacted over $150,000,000 of total deal volume in both Tenant/Buyer and Landlord/Seller representation across all commercial asset classes including office, industrial, retail, vacant land and investment properties. Adam co-founded Benchmark Realty Advisors in early 2022 and looks to continue to provide value to his clients throughout Western NY.
Mark Chiarenza
Broker, Benchmark Realty Advisors
Mark has been working in the hospitality industry for over 15 years and has successfully designed, built and operated 7 restaurants and pubs. In addition to his own businesses he has contracted as a hospitality consultant for multiple Hilton Hotel franchises. Throughout his career in hospitality, Mark has been a licensed real estate agent and active investor. He has flipped over 100 residential houses, acquired and redeveloped commercial mixed use and multifamily properties.
Mark is very proficient in operations, personnel management, negotiations, sales and project management. In 2022 Mark co-founded Benchmark Realty Advisors using his passion for real estate and hospitality to help others buy, sell and lease commercial real estate. Mark is graduate of Niagara University and holds a Bachelors degree in management and a Master’s of Business Administration in Finance.
Evan Schaefer
Associate Broker, Benchmark Realty Advisors
Evan joined Benchmark Realty Advisors in early 2022 along with its founding members. Evan brings experience transacting within an array of asset classes with prior focused involvement in multifamily and industrial sales.
Evan brings great enthusiasm and creativity to the brokerage when assisting with differing user requirements. Evan aims to continue advising clients with a variety of services and disciplines including, Investment Sales, Landlord and Tenant Representation, Asset Repositioning, Site Selection, and Leasing.
Evan is a member of the National Association of Realtors, NYS Commercial Association of Realtors, Greater Rochester Association of Realtors, Rochester Downtown Development Corporation, Certified Commercial Investment Member Candidate (CCIM), and the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP).
